All payments are due upfront or on a structured billing cycle as agreed.

Refunds are not available for coaching already delivered or for missed sessions/check-ins.

If you wish to pause your program for medical or emergency reasons, you may request a temporary freeze. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Missed check-ins, ignoring coaching messages, or failure to track progress does not qualify for refund or program extension.

If you wish to cancel before your minimum commitment ends, a cancellation fee of one month’s payment may apply. This policy is to respect our time, service delivery, and program design integrity.
