Meet Our Head
Coach & Founder
My name is Laura, and I’m an NASM-certified personal trainer, mindset and nutrition coach, and movement specialist. My path here wasn’t linear, I faced failures, doubts, and risks, but my passion and purpose kept me moving forward.
Five years into my coaching journey, I’ve helped hundreds transform their lives. I specialize in guiding busy individuals to a healthier, more confident, and pain-free life. To me, exercise isn’t a chore, it’s a powerful tool for a more fulfilling life.

She's also a passionate and experienced cook, bringing creativity and real-life practicality to every session. Whether you're working through emotional eating or looking to feel better in your body, she’s here to guide you with both expertise and care.

Coaching Style
My coaching is built on the 3 P's: Periodization, Personalization, and Progressive Overload. I tailor programs to each client, focusing on mindset, education, and sustainable habits for lasting success. Commitment and self-compassion are key to achieving results.
What you don't know
I've overcome ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, and low self-esteem through fitness, both physical and mental. Losing 70+ lbs was just the start—the true transformation came from self-discovery and hard work in the gym.
